Flash/Actionscript Designer/Developer

We are currently seeking Flash/Actionscript/XML Designer/Developers for a contract to hire position, and/or potential fulltime/salary. This job focuses on both the technical and creative sides of Flash interactivity and development.

Applications will need to have a thorough knowledge of Actionscript and must be familiar with building components, creating reusable code and integrating Flash applications with other companion technologies.

As a Flash Designer/Developer you will participate in the development of projects from concept to deployment and all processes between. Finally, you must demonstrate a desire to learn and implement emerging technologies.

Required Skills (2 Years of Experience):

• Experience building complex Flash animations and applications, including Actionscript and PHP/mySQL integration.
• Proficiency with Flash support programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.
• Experience in RSS and XML integration and dynamic UI manipulation.
• Creating re-usable code and proficient in hand-coding XHTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Solid understanding of Standards based Web Design and Architecture.
• Ability to diagnose and fix browser compatibility issues.
• Experience in both Mac and PC environments.
