Make Money Blogging Part 4 | A Realistic Noob Friendly Online Business Model

Noobs Can Make Money Blogging Too.

This plan revolves around niche blogging in bulk. You can apply this system to platforms other than blogging, like niche stores and mini affiliate sites. Create, build, promote and move on.

As I mentioned in part 1 of this series, the goal with this plan is to make only about $3 per day per site/blog and have lots of blogs and sites. What you are going to learn to do is find a profitable niche and target the right keywords. This is the first step. Then you’ll learn how I promote these niche sites effectively to the point where they make up to $3 per day. Actually, I’m happy with a buck a day as I have hundreds of blogs, sites and niche stores.

With this method that I’m about to teach you, you’ll be able to outrank sites with higher page rank and more money. It’s all about being super targeted in your keyword selection and setting up your blog so that it is optimized completely for just one or two keywords. Then promoting the heck out of it for a while before moving on to the next one.

Blog Less and Make More Money

The idea is to set up a blog but not to blog. “Huh?” I can hear you thinking this right now but let me explain. We are going to set up a blog with about 10 pages of content. The content should be useful and informative. Yes we still want great content on our blogs, but we are not going to continue to add content like you would with a regular blog. We are just going to set up about ten pages worth of valuable content and then leave it alone. It will be more like a website than a blog.

Each page of your blog should be focused around one particular (maybe two) keywords. In other words your whole blog will be focused around one keyword. So if your blog is about “DUI lawyers in Boston Massachusetts” then each of the ten pages will be related to this term. Your titles might be: dui lawyers in Boston, best dui lawyers near Boston, Boston dui lawyers, how to find a good dui lawyer near Boston and so on.

Google will see your whole site as being extremely relevant to the search query “dui lawyers in Boston MA”. This is how you can out rank sites with higher PR and more authority. Your whole blog will compete against single pages ranking for your keywords. This works best when the keyword you choose is relatively non competitive. You zero in on it with your whole site. Of course you must also build links to secure the top ranking.

Realistic Goals to Make Money Blogging

This is great for noobs because you can rank rather easily for low competition keywords and start seeing some money roll in. Remember, you wont get much traffic this way as the keywords we are focusing on have a low search volume but that doesn’t matter because the traffic is SUPER TARGETED! All you need is 20 or 30 unique hits a day and you should achieve your goal of making about $3 per day. It doesn’t take much time to set a blog like this up and the maintenance is next to nothing. That’s why it’s easy to manage 100 blogs like this. Rank for low competition keywords and make a few bucks a day. These are realistic goals for noobs. Forget about how to make $128,000 in 24 hours!! There are no secrets, it’s all just hard, time consuming work. But it’s doable and that’s the good news.

However, before you can make any money with these super targeted niche blogs you need to know how to do keyword research. If you screw up the keyword research then all your work will be for nothing. At least if you do screw up you won’t go broke like you would if you were working PPC.

In the next post I will be talking about keyword selection and how to size up your competition. This is probably one of the biggest roadblocks to success for the newbie. Keyword selection and analyzing the competition. Did you know that even as a noob you can compete with a PR6 blog and win? I’ll show you how as we progress through this series on how to make money blogging.
